Your organization will have constant contact with the attendees as the vendors are strategically located within the same space as the seminars.
Inside our 30,000 sqft. venue, vendor tables are placed in the same space as where the seminars are taking place.
This prime placement guarantees regular interaction and maximum exposure to a diverse audience of industry professionals throughout the conference.
After your purchase, you will be prompted to fill out our Vendor Registration form where you will select your Zone.

View your cart and fill out your billing & credit card information.

After your pruchase you will receive an email receipt where you will find a link to select your table zone.

Yup! After registering for our event, you can fill out an order form and select how much you need. For example, a 5amp Advanced Order Rate: $90 or On-site Order Rate: $135.

Yes, you can ship your materials directly to the event site, no more than two days before the event. You’ll find information on how to do so in your Vendor Registration Form after your purchase.

Southwest Airlines has deals with direct flights into Columbus (Concourse CMH Airport) and then it's a 30/40 minute drive to Newark where the Cherry Valley hotel is. But no matter what airlines you use, flying into CMH will be your best bet.
